Extremely Disappointed
We were looking forward to this concert, my family, a total of 6. Nobody had a clue as to what line pertained to what entry once getting there. The smell was unbearable, and nobody seemed to care about doing anything about it. In fact, we decided to make it a weekend trip and got a house through Airbnb near the venue in the city of Long Beach. Unfortunately, this caused for us to leave the concert earlier than what we planned for and missed half of the concert. Took us over an hour to get inside the venue. That was just the beginning. From some of the performances we were able to catch, the sound was out of proportion/distorted and could not hear the artist. My family strongly believe the venue was way over capacity or venue was not prepared for the amount of guests. And possibly understaffed. Artists themselves were showing being displeased with sound operations/microphone functionality. There were extremely long lines at all restrooms (male/female) and that caused many to urinate or on some areas defecate on the floor and aisles. We had balcony seats and were redirected multiple times with no correct direction. We've been to many concerts before and do understand not everything goes perfect... but this by far was the worst experience we've ever had!
